Investment Criteria
We invest in companies that we believe have leading competitive positions in defensible markets where we can add value via our operating skills and relationships. We seek to distinguish ourselves by demonstrating our ability to source and acquire scalable businesses through partnerships with founder-owners, management teams and sponsors.
While we are a South Florida based firm, we consider investment opportunities throughout the United States.
Our typical funding parameters for new investments are equity investments from $5 million to $20 million. Sub $5 million investments will be considered.
Our investments are focused on established business enterprises generating positive cash flow.
While we typically make equity investments, we will also consider investment opportunities in convertible debt.
Our industry focus is broad in scope. We will review opportunities in the following sectors: insurance, home services, senior care & healthcare, digital & online and other services.
